Endurance patented agitation system conditions, conveys, and continuously re-circulates an excess supply of material over the variable feeder opening to assure a uniform supply of material.  Low profile agitators circulate material in an "S" patern, constantly conveying excess material over the variable feeder opening providing maximum, consistant production during various applications.  Excess material is re-circulated into the material flow eliminating the use of transmissions.  Agitation speed is constant no matter the material or feed-rate.  With constant directional movement and conditioning, material is fluffed to an ideal density and does not require secondary "shredder bars" prior to entering the blowing hose.

Endurance patented air system consists of a single blower unit with a self-modulating air relief system and a "progressive spiral contact" airlock rotor.  The self-modulating  airflow system automatically adjusts to changes in the material flow allowing the feed system to consistently function at the maximum capability and increase product flow through the hose while virtually eliminating nuisance hose plugging.  The "progressive spiral contact" airlock rotor greatly reduces shock-load on the drive system, increasing the life of drive components and airlock seals.  The "progressive spiral contact" rotor allows "coner control" air release which minimizes deflection of material into the airlock.
